Job summary

Guardian Storage in Colorado is seeking an Associate Flex Manager to oversee daily facility operations, drive revenue and occupancy, and develop expertise in the self-storage industry. You will handle customer inquiries, manage staff interactions, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or management, 1+ year in customer service, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or management experience.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Expert problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the facility.
• Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy.
• Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products.
• Handle customer sales, inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel.
