Marsh is hiring an Associate FinOps Engineer for its Cloud Platform Solutions team in Louisville, KY. This hybrid role builds and maintains Python data pipelines that turn cloud billing data into reliable cost insights and automated reporting.

You will develop REST APIs, work with Databricks, and partner with FinOps analysts to deliver cost visibility across AWS, Azure, and OCI. The role supports anomaly detection, cost optimization, and guardrail-enforced LLM features.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional software or cloud engineering experience.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure billing data (CUR, Billing Exports) or equivalent.
  • Strong Python skills for production-grade data pipelines and APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Python data pipelines ingesting AWS CUR and Azure Billing Exports.
  • Develop REST API endpoints and integrations between cloud billing systems and dashboards.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work in the office at least three days per week. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Cloud Platform Solutions.Civil EngineeringThe team supports cloud cost visibility, optimization, and governance across a multi-cloud environment. In this role, you will help build and maintain the data pipelines, APIs, and integrations that turn cloud billing data into reliable cost insights and automated reporting.You will work closely with FinOps analysts and the data analytics team to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
