Job summary

Job Overview

Wealth Advisors Group (WealthAG) is a corporate employee advisory team that provides investment solutions to mass‑affluent clients virtually and over the phone. The advisor evaluates clients’ short‑ and long‑term investment needs, designs solutions that meet their financial goals, and assists in growing a book of 120,000 clients in a team‑based call center environment. The role delivers high‑touch, professional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial advice sessions and reviews with clients over the phone.
  • Handle and execute client transactions and general customer service requests.
  • Prepare client reports and proposals as required.
  • Support other departments and independent financial advisors in understanding the program.
  • Participate in customer service training and other training to remain current with operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular feedback to management to improve advisor experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures.
  • Identify new sales and asset retention opportunities.
  • Exercise excellent business judgment and research/resolve advisor and client issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Series7, Series63, and Series65 or 66 license.
  • 1+ year of direct client experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent telephone service/relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
  • Ability to assist customers in a call‑center environment while accessing data via multiple PC lookup applications.
  • Excellent PC and data‑input skills.
  • Prior financial trading experience and/or tele‑sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong service ethic.
  • Previous experience as a financial advisor and service call‑center experience considered.
Benefits
  • Pay range: $67,500.00–$112,500.00 (inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation).
