A top, nationally recognized boutique Wealth Management firm in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a warm, friendly, fiercely organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and "go-getter" to join our rapidly growing team as an Associate Financial Representative. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves providing comprehensive support across various office functions, including insurance operations, administrative tasks, and investment operations. Your ability to deliver the highest level of client experience is key to our success. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with processing insurance applications and policy changes.
• Handle client inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and updates.
• Maintain and update client insurance records in the database.
• Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other team members.
• Prepare and organize client files and documentation.
• Assist with opening and maintaining investment accounts.
• Process investment transactions and ensure accuracy in client portfolios.
• Prepare and distribute investment reports and statements to clients.
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
