You will work across business units to consolidate data and drive improvements using AI-enabled automation. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA track preferred) and up to two years in accounting, with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • CPA designation track preferred.
  • Up to two years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, or automation tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI or AI-assisted productivity tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external financial reporting for executives, the board, regulators, and the parent company.
  • Prepare, maintain, reconcile, and document recurring financial reports and supporting schedules.
  • Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and identify unusual results.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather information for consolidated reporting.
  • Support audit requests with accurate documentation and explanations.
  • Develop, test, and document automated reports; explore AI and automation to streamline processes.

This role provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, process improvement, and reporting technologies.
