Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Facilities Support Attendant in Houston, TX to support daily operations of breakrooms, meeting spaces, and common areas. You will maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist with events and lunch setups while delivering courteous service to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, coordinating with Facilities for repairs, and supporting meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities support, hospitality, or janitorial services preferred.
  • Experience maintaining clean, organized communal spaces and managing inventory replenishment is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, or office hospitality activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of counters, tables, sinks, floors, microwaves, refrigerators, and other high-touch surfaces.
  • Ensure breakrooms and communal areas are stocked through daily inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.
  • Assist with ordering cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks, condiments, paper goods, and related inventory.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supply deliveries.
  • Support onsite luncheons, including setup, replenishment, cleanup, and proper waste disposal.
  • Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Support preparation and cleaning of employee workstations and office spaces.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to employees and visitors.
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to Facilities team.
