Facet is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join our mission of objective, personalized financial advice. This entry-level role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on learning, and real impact from day one—no cold calling, no commissions, and minimal paperwork.

You will work closely with senior planners, focusing on growth, roadmap building, and proactive member care while developing your craft with direct feedback, rotating through MX and TIO teams, and gaining practical experience in financial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or related field.
CFP designation or CFP exam within 60 days of satisfying the experience requirement.
0-2 years of experience in financial services, customer success, or a high-growth startup environment.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate in a high-trust, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

Direct mentorship and growth: onboard 2 members weekly with live guidance, shadow planning sessions, rotate across MX and TIO.
Roadmap architecture and strategic co-building: analyze inputs to identify opportunities and tax efficiencies, own core decision-making, map actions.
Proactive member care and continuity coordination: be the primary contact when lead planners are out, address urgent questions with a warm, human approach.
