Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or related field.
• CFP designation or passed CFP exam and within 60 days of meeting experience requirement.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, customer success or a high-growth startup.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a tech-enabled environment.
• Willingness to work from anywhere in the US.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and mentor two personal members weekly with live guidance from a Director.
• Shadow planning sessions to simplify complex topics for members.
• Participate in cross-functional rotations within MX and TIO to learn firm operations.
• Analyze financial inputs and map interlocking financial opportunities and tax efficiencies.
