Job summary

Melaleuca, the Wellness Company, is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to analyze new projects, promos, and initiatives; drive profit-improvement efforts and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Forecasting, and other teams at our Idaho Falls HQ.

Primary responsibilities include developing forecasts, reporting performance trends, and preparing management presentations. A finance-focused degree with strong analytics and Excel skills is required, with a value on ownership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, strategy or data analytics.
• Minimum GPA 3.75.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of new projects, products and promotions.
• Identify and report key business indicators impacting growth and profitability.
• Provide analytical support for key managers.
• Lead category teams in profit-improvement projects.
• Develop annual financial forecasts and communicate trends to management.
• Create company performance metrics for non-financial managers.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
