Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor / Paraplanner for a female-led, boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients. This position offers direct mentorship from senior leadership and a clear path to Lead Advisor and eventual client ownership.

You will support financial planning, client meetings, onboarding, and paperwork, with increasing advisory responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years experience in wealth management, planning, paraplanning, or client service.
• CFP preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Series 65 or Series 7/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, client meetings, and follow-up.
• Assist with onboarding, account opening, money movement, and related paperwork.
• Take on increasing client-facing and advisory responsibility over time.
