Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licensing sponsored by Edward Jones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and tailored financial plans.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis, modeling scenarios, and investment alignment.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, allocations, and costs; prepare proposals.
• Partner with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing financial planning and client reviews.
• Support outreach, referrals, and community engagement to grow the client base.
