Edward Jones is seeking an associate financial advisor to partner with one or more financial advisors and a support team. You’ll deliver personalized strategies and exceptional client service, sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships.

You’ll work with the broader practice to implement financial plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as client needs evolve. The role offers firm-wide support and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, sales or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve results in a client-facing role.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and accountability.
• Clear, confident communication to simplify complex concepts for clients.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months (sponsorship provided).
• Comfort learning financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery conversations and tailored financial plans.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis, scenarios, and goal alignment.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, costs, and suitability.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing planning and reviews.
• Support outreach, referrals, and community engagement to grow the client base.
