Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join Springbrook Wealth Advisors in New Jersey. You will support lead advisors, conduct portfolio analyses, and develop comprehensive financial plans for a growing client base.

The role emphasizes client relationships, data gathering, and coordinated planning across retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate strategies. You will onboard clients, prepare reviews, and collaborate with accountants and lawyers to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Series 7, 65 or 66 license is required at time of hire.
• New Jersey Life and Health license required at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning or asset management.
• Proficiency with MoneyGuidePro and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the advisor service model to support client retention and growth.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and manage inquiries.
• Prepare for and lead client reviews with materials and follow-up.
• Onboard new clients including data gathering and risk profiling.
• Build financial plans covering retirement, investments, taxes, and estate planning.
