Job summary

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of planning experience, familiarity with planning tools, and a collaborative mindset. A Monday–Friday schedule, health insurance with company contribution, a 3% Simple IRA match, and paid time off are offered along

Qualifications

• 1 year of financial planning/advisory experience
• Organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects
• Strong communication skills and collaboration
• Willingness to pursue CFP designation and related training
• CFP designation encouraged or pursued is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and amend financial plans for clients
• Analyze tax returns and investment statements prior to client review meetings
• Prepare pre-meeting checklists and briefing materials for advisors
• Update financial plans as client circumstances change
• Coordinate with client service team on data gathering
• Communicate financial planning information to clients by phone and email
• Prepare income tax projections and run tax scenario analyses
• Assist with rebalancing client portfolios
• Contribute to process improvements within the team
