• 1 year of financial planning/advisory experience.
• Experience with planning and portfolio tools is a plus but not required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and implement new technology and software.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and amend financial plans for clients.
• Analyze tax returns and investment statements prior to client meetings.
• Prepare pre-meeting checklists and briefing materials for advisors.
• Update financial plans as client circumstances change.
• Coordinate with client service on data gathering and account info.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email about planning.
• Prepare income tax projections and run scenarios.
• Assist with rebalancing client portfolios.
• Support process improvements within the team.
