The role emphasizes discovery conversations, planning, and ongoing client service within a collaborative practice. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or relevant experience, strong sales and communication skills, and be willing to obtain Series 7/66 and state licenses within three months.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, equivalent professional experience, or a background in financial services, sales, or a relationship-focused field.
• Experience in sales, business development, client relationships, or roles requiring strong interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals in a performance-oriented environment.
• Clear, confident communication to explain concepts and guide client conversations.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and state licenses within three months; licensing is sponsored by Edward Jones.
• Comfort learning and using financial planning software and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by supporting discovery conversations and gathering key financial information.
• Support comprehensive financial planning with analysis, modeling, and alignment to goals and life events.
• Guide portfolio strategy by researching performance, proposals, and investment adjustments in line with guidance.
• Collaborate with the advisor and team to deliver ongoing planning, reviews, and strategy adjustments.
• Assist growth by supporting outreach, referrals, and community engagement for a relationship-based experience.
