Job summary

Santander in Boston seeks an Associate Financial Advisor to help clients identify financial needs, understand investment objectives, and implement appropriate investment and insurance solutions in compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work with branch leadership and senior advisors to grow relationships, deliver exceptional client service, and achieve investment sales and revenue goals through disciplined planning and personal guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics or related field - Required.
• 5+ years of sales achievement with high ethical standards - Required.
• 1+ years experience providing investment guidance to clients - Required.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65) - Required.
• State insurance licenses - Required.

Responsibilities

• Attain and exceed investment sales, revenue, and client engagement goals as defined by management.
• Conduct client appointments to identify financial needs and recommend investment and insurance solutions.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio by strengthening relationships and delivering ongoing financial guidance.
• Maintain compliance with bank, broker/dealer, FINRA and regulatory requirements.
