Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales achievement in financial services
• 1+ year experience providing investment guidance to clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FINRA, bank/broker-dealer) and licensing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and analytics

Responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments in person, virtually, and by phone to assess financial needs
• Recommend investment and insurance solutions aligned with client goals
• Grow and manage an assigned client portfolio through ongoing guidance and referrals
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and Santander policies
• Collaborate with branch leadership and licensed employees to drive growth and referrals
• Provide coaching and education to branch partners to enhance client engagement
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reporting in a timely manner
• Keep licenses, registrations, CE requirements, and regulatory training current
