Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead local recruiting efforts with consistent activity and close recruitment outcomes.
  • Coach Financial Advisors across levels including next-gen and experienced teams.
  • Ensure PWM priorities are met and partner with Wealth Centers to achieve metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability for the branch.
  • Oversee office and budget management.
  • Partner with HR on associate relations and staffing metrics.
  • Manage compliance and legal issues within the branch.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and community presence.

About the Role:

The Associate Branch Manager will oversee the branch operations function and manage the Financial Advisors and support staff for the branch. Focuses time on driving branch revenue, recruiting talent, managing risk, continuing to build a book of business, and delivering superior customer service. Exhibits strong business acumen, dedicates time and energy to associates in his/her branch, serving as a strong coach, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing achievements. Helps associates understand PWM’s strategy and connect it to their goals and daily activities. The Associate Branch Manager is responsible for budgets, expense control, and other administrative issues directly related to the branch. Creates a climate in which people want to do their best by inviting input and sharing ownership and visibility.

The Impact You’ll Make:
  • Lead local recruiting efforts to include consistent recruit activity by sourcing experienced FA leads, regular follow up in the process and helping close a recruit
  • Engage in coaching FA’s including next gen and experienced FA teams
  • Ensure PWM strategic priorities are being met, including partnering with the Wealth Centers to achieve WM metric goals
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability of the branch

What You’ll Bring to Baird:
