We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Financial Advisor. As an AFA, you will work as part of an advisory team, and on behalf of senior advisors, to help clients achieve their financial goals as well as help the team meet objectives for sales growth and client retention, providing white‑glove service that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. The expected pay range for this Associate Financial Advisor position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. This range may include a base salary plus variable compensation. The company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range. A full benefits suite is offered, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and other benefits.
Work with the financial advisory team to actively manage client relationships with excellent service.
Prepare annual reviews as required by the team.
Create financial plans for clients as required by the team.
Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and be proficient in advisor/client facing technology.
Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy and good compliance standing.
