Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and has excellent communication skills — both over the phone and in person. This role includes working directly with clients to provide financial guidance and supporting our lead advisor in planning and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients in person and by phone to understand their financial goals
• Assist in developing customized financial plans
• Maintain strong client relationships with clear, consistent communication
• Support investment and retirement planning efforts
• Conduct research and prepare reports for client meetings
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
