Job Title: Associate Advisor

Job Overview:

Quotient Wealth Partners is seeking Associate Advisors to help grow our offices in Houston, San Antonio, and Denver. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, our mission is to assist with retirement planning for executives and senior management of Fortune 500 companies. We deliver high-quality, customized financial advice to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial planning, has obtained a CFP certification or is making significant progress toward it, and is looking to assume greater responsibilities. The Associate Advisor will work directly with the Senior Partner in the local office.

The Associate Advisor will collaborate closely with Quotient’s Senior Partners, providing financial guidance to existing clients and developing new client relationships. As our firm grows, adaptability is essential, and successful associates will take on increased client and business development responsibilities.

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance. Conduct thorough financial assessments to develop suitable strategies for achieving clients' objectives.
  2. Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax, and estate planning. Customize plans to align with each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
  3. Investment Advice: Recommend appropriate investment products and strategies based on clients’ financial objectives and risk profiles. Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and available investment options.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide regular updates on their portfolios, market conditions, and any necessary adjustments to their financial plans.
  5. Sales and Business Development: Participate in Quotient’s outreach efforts to the corporate employee community. Collaborate with the Senior Partner to engage prospective clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in eMoney or similar financial planning software
  • CFP certification or significant progress toward it
