Job summary

Muriel Consulting is seeking a client-focused financial professional to manage an existing book of clients and deepen relationships through regular review meetings. You will build comprehensive financial plans, prepare materials, and guide clients through retirement benefits and investment discussions.

With 2+ years in wealth management, you will communicate clearly, present confidently, and collaborate to reach firm goals.

Qualifications

  • Active Series 65 or willingness to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • CFP designation or willingness to pursue.
  • 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising or planning.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and comfortable in client presentations, review meetings and investment discussions.
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships within an existing book, including running client review meetings.
  • Take the lead on firm acquired, new client relationships as they move through the client onboarding process.
  • Build financial plans, prepare meeting materials and ensure smooth follow-up.
  • Respond to client questions and requests in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
  • Assist business owners and their employees understand their retirement benefits.
  • Support implementation of Business Transition & Exit Planning System tools.
  • Participate in client appreciation events throughout the year.
  • Work with team to achieve firm's goals.
