POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in nonprofit finance? We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our mission-driven team and help ensure the financial operations of our organization run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in accounting or finance who wants to build their skills in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

The Finance Associate plays a key role in coordinating and managing New Profit’s organizational systems including finance, accounting, and payroll. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and build skills in finance, accounting, human resources, and other functional areas that are based on best practices applicable to any organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY
The salary range for the Associate position will be $72,074 - $78,826 annually, with the exact salary depending on prior work experience and the assessment of one's fit for the role. Additionally, New Profit provides a suite of competitive benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits, and a generous PTO policy with an end-of-year holiday break.
