Job summary

DigitaLogic Inc. seeks a hands-on Associate EFS Engineer to lead configuration, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of the DL Enterprise to Field Systems platform and connected field devices.

The role is client-facing and multidisciplinary, requiring comfort across networking, telecommunications, industrial communications, software configuration, device connectivity, and technical support onsite in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher in electrical engineering tech, CS, IT, networking, or related field.
• Onsite work at DigitaLogic in Baltimore.
• Experience with servers, networking, PLCs or field equipment configurations and installation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and configure the EFS platform and field devices.
• Document configurations, device settings, networks, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Create technical documentation using Excel and Word; manage client communications effectively.
• Lead or support client projects and ensure deadlines are met, coordinating with stakeholders.
