Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, including Automated Logic, is seeking an Associate Field Engineer in Wisconsin. This role starts on the ground floor with a clear path to becoming an expert in DDC troubleshooting and building controls.

You will install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems, document progress, and travel to project locations as needed. The company emphasizes self-directed learning and team collaboration to advance your career.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems with the team, ensuring controls, sensors, and software run correctly while configuring trends and alarms.
Maintain accurate construction records and clearly communicate project status to the team and customers.
Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
Grow through self-directed learning and take on more system responsibility as you advance.
