Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate in Family Law Litigation. The position is located in Silver Spring, MD, with some work from home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for handling family law cases, drafting and filing legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing legal advice to clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases.
