Job summary

LCS (Life Care Services) is seeking an experienced associate executive director to assist the executive director with the overall administration of Charter House in Rochester, Minnesota. This role leads daily operations, develops managers and frontline staff, and ensures exceptional resident services across a 72-bed AL and 32-bed SNF community.

Preferred candidates reside within commuting distance and are willing to address urgent operational needs on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• NHA or HSE license in MN required. LALD in MN preferred.
• Passion for serving seniors and commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the executive director in managing daily operations across departments.
• Lead, monitor, and develop department managers and frontline team members to achieve performance goals and promote engagement.
• Ensure high-quality resident services that reflect our mission of exceptional care & hospitality.
• Act as a community ambassador, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
