Coalition for Hispanic Family Services (CHFS) is seeking an Associate Executive Director of Family Support/Preventive Services in Bushwick, NY. This role leads seven prevention/family support sites, oversees budgeting, staffing, and operations, and partners with NYC ACS to ensure program goals are met.

The AED provides supervision to site directors, fosters community partnerships, and drives data-informed improvements in client-centered, trauma-informed services.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Creative Arts Therapies or related degree.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key representative of CHFS’ Family Support/Prevention Services at public and agency functions, events, forums, with governmental oversight entities, city agencies, and funders.
• Provide direct supervision of Site Directors and program staff, ensuring professional standards, safety, risk management, and trauma-informed practices.
• Monitor program utilization, ensure compliance with ACS standards, and collaborate with QA and SDs on program improvement.
• Present monthly program status reports to Senior Team Management and participate in planning, budgeting, and fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with Fiscal Department and Executive Director on program budgets and special projects.
