• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and developing into an Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence.
• Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members.
• Support budget management, expense control and financial performance.
• Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives.
• Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders.

Pay Range:

72,904.00 - 100,672.00
