Job summary

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate to lead advisor coverage across the Enterprise RIA channel on a nationwide scale. You will independently develop and manage relationships with top advisors, conduct meetings, and coordinate with senior resources to win new business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in financial services, FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses, and willingness to travel nationally.

  • Willingness to travel nationally for face-to-face practice visits, conferences, and advisor events.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by independently developing, deepening, and managing relationships with new and existing advisors across underlying RIA practices within national RIA aggregators.
  • Execute a high level of proactive outreach through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person engagement with lead advisors, investment committees, and practice leaders.
  • Independently schedule and lead advisor meetings, portfolio reviews, and group presentations.
  • Strategically deploy senior sales and investment resources for high impact meetings.
  • Maintain accountability for sales results, with a focus on generating new producers and expanding wallet share among existing relationships.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing product, technical, and competitive inquiries with a high degree of precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a senior expert on private markets, competitor positioning, and the broader alternative investment landscape.
  • Represent Ares Management at partner firm and advisor conferences, acting as a senior point of contact for clients and prospects.

Position Summary

The RIA & Family Office Partnership Team is seeking an experienced, high-performing Relationship Manager Associate to lead underlying advisor coverage across the Enterprise RIA channel on a national scale.

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses required. Professional designations (CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CFP) are strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for face-to-face practice visits, conferences, and advisor events.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$130,000 - $150,000
