Job summary

Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking an Associate Enterprise Project Manager to join our Lancaster, SC on-site team. You will support enterprise projects, draft charters, maintain schedules, and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion.

The role requires experience as a project coordinator within financial services and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. On-site at corporate HQ, you’ll contribute to governance and project documentation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Current experience as a project coordinator or as a project resource on large credit union projects.
• At least two years of financial institution experience with understanding of credit union processes.
• Ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-scale projects and multiple projects as needed.
• Define project scope and requirements with stakeholders.
• Control changes to scope, schedule, and costs; notify stakeholders.
• Report status and escalate to management as needed.
• Engage sponsors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
