Responsibilities

• Govern delivery of priority initiatives across projects.
• Ensure consistent sprint and SDLC execution.
• Identify risks early and drive corrective actions with Team Leads.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct 1:1s to grow Team Leads.
• Collaborate with Product and Ops to align on requirements and trade-offs.
