Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and contract documents for public works projects.
• Oversee design and delivery of capital improvement projects with consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Perform construction management, field inspections, and contract administration duties.
• Review plans for technical accuracy, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare grant applications, regulatory reports, and maintain project records.
