Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional experience, a civil engineering degree, and a PE license is preferred.

Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Incumbents may be subjected to dusts, fumes, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, and intense noises. Incumbents require sufficient mobility to work in an office setting; stand and sit for prolonged periods of time; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; ability to verbally communicate to exchange information; use of hands repetitively to operate finger, handle or feel office equipment and reach with hands and arms. Employees are frequently required to stand and walk. Mental Demands: The incumbent is regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information and documents; analyze and solve complex problems; use math and mathematical reasoning; perform highly detailed work under changing, intensive deadlines, on multiple tasks; work with constant interruptions.
