Job description

On the Remote Admin team, we need strategic thinkers, proactive doers, and customer centric, team-oriented individuals to deliver concierge level support and services for our customers. The Remote Administration team is a paid for service with high-touch expectations for a high-valued experience. On this team you will gain a wealth of knowledge as are exposed to technology support that ranges from level 1 to level 3. In this role you will have the opportunity to think strategically and lean on your critical thinking skills, wow with your customer service served with a smile, impress with your teaming mindset, and go far with your desire to proactively learn new skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will be able to drive your career by leveraging shadowing opportunities with more experienced team members and take advantage of potential hands on-learning experiences with our customers.

What you will do:

• Provide end to end workstation and end user maintenance and support for all services and systems including desktop, laptops, printers, and mobile devices as well as applications, services, and systems.
• Participate in a technical support call queue including managing availability, call time, coverage and a professional phone presence and demeanor.
• Maintain and own team ticket queue by working and resolving emailed support issues and assigning tickets to other team members as needed.
• Work with your team to identify widespread issues and proactively resolving.

What you will have:

• 4+ years of proven help desk experience.
• Intermediate to advanced administration of windows based operating systems.
• Intermediate Apple iOS administration and support.
• Basic administration of LAN, WANs, windows servers (including AD), and infrastructure.
• Intermediate level administration of centralized systems for risk mitigation and monitoring (Anti-Virus, Bitlocker, Windows Patching, Intune and M365 services)

What it would be nice to have:

• Powershell scripting experience.
• DNS, DHCP and Group Policy technology.
• VoIP
• Managed Service Provider experience.
• Experience with the follow vendors: Veeam, Logmein, Connectwise, 8x8, Intune, McAfee

The salary range for this role is $60,000- $90,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
