Job Description

As an Associate Engineer in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.
***This is a hybrid role based in Lake County, IL***
The Associate Engineer will have the challenge of solving complex technical problems that cannot be solved by Level 1. Engineers at Level 2/3 deal with escalated tickets that require high-level troubleshooting, ensuring that technical issues are addressed swiftly and accurately. The role also includes working with the internal BTS team and clients to diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and networks, specifically in the Mac environment.
