CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated analysts to protect customers against advanced threats. You will triage and respond to security alerts, investigate suspicious activity across endpoints, identity, email and cloud, and provide actionable guidance.

This role values AI-minded problem solving and collaboration in a fast-paced SOC environment. Candidates should have a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience, and be prepared to work a 4x10 schedule in a hybrid/on-site setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security or related field.
• Applicants without a degree but with relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to work with or without supervision and grow technical and soft skills.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule and on-site/hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clear customer communications as the first point of contact.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications and findings to customers and internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs and forensic artifacts to determine scope of compromise and remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and provide actionable guidance.
