Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a highly motivated Analyst for Endpoint Protection to protect customers worldwide. The role focuses on detecting and responding to incidents in real-time within CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform and SOC environment.

You will triage, investigate, and coordinate remediation across endpoints, identity, email, networks, and cloud services, leveraging MITRE ATT&CK guidance and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in CS/Engineering/Math/Info Security or related field required.
• Experience in incident response, security operations, or SOC roles preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry and logs to determine root cause and remediation scope.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and provide actionable guidance to customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations and triage.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver clear customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
