Free People is looking for an Associate Embellishment Designer to support the development of original artwork and tech packs reflecting the unique style of the Free People customer. This role includes collaborating with design, buying teams, and conducting research to inspire new designs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design and at least three years of experience in embellishment design. The position is based on-site in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional experience in embellishment or embroidery design.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and their application in design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create original artworks and tech packs for Free People Collection.
