Free People is seeking a Senior Designer for Femme Embellishment to manage the design of embroidery and surface designs. The ideal candidate will lead creative processes and mentor a team while ensuring alignment with the Free People brand aesthetic.

This role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as hands-on techniques such as sewing and embroidery. Working on-site in Philadelphia is necessary.
