Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and identify technical requirements and risks.
• Support creation of preliminary designs, system concepts and high-level architectures.
• Prepare technical content for proposals including system descriptions and design summaries.
• Create block diagrams, simple drawings and figures; ensure technical compliance.
