Job summary

Dow Jones, Princeton-based, is seeking an Associate, eCommerce Operations to support the creation and management of ecommerce flows for WSJ, Barron’s, MarketWatch, Financial News, and IBD. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience across flagship publications.

Located in Princeton, this full-time role requires 0–2 years in eCommerce with a preference for marketing knowledge and experience with ATG.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years experience in eCommerce
  • Knowledge of the subscription business preferred
  • Experience with ATG is a plus. ATG is a browser-based interface that allows operations to create marketing offers and products
  • HTML skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market, including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets.
  • Create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform to promote flagship publications.
  • Implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to support acquisition and retention campaigns and ensure checkout flow works as expected.
  • Coordinate with internal tech teams to ensure new offerings can be supported by fulfillment and billing systems.
  • Provide QA checks to ensure flows work prior to market launch and maintain documentation for efficient execution.
  • Multi-task across multiple projects, business units and stakeholders in an organized manner

This role will liaise directly with our marketing, product and tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for our flagship publications.

You Will
  • Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market - including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets
  • Create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform in order to promote flagship publications

You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years experience in eCommerce
  • Knowledge of the subscription business preferred
  • Experience with ATG is a plus. ATG is a browser-based interface that allows operations to create marketing offers and products
  • HTML skills a plus
  • Work independently, be resourceful, a self-starter who is able able to adapt quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Organized, with a consistent attention to details
