• Communicate treatment options with empathy and transparency to strengthen the doctor-client bond
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive hospital culture

What You’ll Do

• Grow through an apprenticeship-style mentorship model, learning side by side with partner doctors across the full spectrum of care, building confidence and clinical expertise.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness while continuing to expand your skillset through CE and leadership development opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, presenting treatment options with empathy and transparency to strengthen the doctor-client bond.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians, fostering a positive and growth-oriented hospital culture.
• Partner with hospital leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice as part of a collaborative network.
