Job summary

PetVet365 in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Associate DVM to provide Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care within a collaborative team.

You will grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship, diagnose and treat in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness, and pursue leadership or ownership through our Partner Doctor model.

• Provide Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with time to treat each patient’s needs.
• Apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across the full spectrum of care.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness; pursue CE and leadership development.
• Communicate treatment options clearly with empathy to strengthen the doctor–client bond.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians to foster a positive, growth‑oriented culture.
• Partner with hospital leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice.
• Engage in outreach, client education, and community events to build strong community ties.

What You’ll Do
