Qualifications

  • Familiar with CRM systems (Kindful, Salesforce), online event registration platforms (Classy, Eventbrite).
  • Pre-employment screening, including a background check, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily processes related to donor gift processing, including maintaining monthly giving program donor accounts, processing adjustments and reconciling requests received both electronically and via phone.
  • Implement all back-office aspects of the collection process, including but not limited to large volume of phone calls; email; creating, maintaining and closing donor and supporter accounts as needed in Foundation CRM system.
  • Actively engage with donors as part of retention program.
  • Regular system reporting and analysis.
  • Coverage of weekend and holiday shifts are part of the teams responsibility (upon request)

Description

The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.

The Donor Services team is instrumental in supporting the Foundation by responding to donor and event participant questions; processing donations and event registrations, preparing correspondences and fulfilling requests to ensure donor satisfaction. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain a trusting relationship with supporters.

Requirements

Special Working conditions may include: a change in days worked, shift hours, and/or working conditions (outdoors or other locations) when participating and assisting in special events such as: NYC Tunnel to Towers Run, golf outings, and other fundraising events, as required.
