Job summary

Quirch Foods Southeast, LLC. in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Account Support specialist to enhance service for a growing customer base.

You will handle orders, maintain records, coordinate travel and meetings, and support the Account Executive in managing key accounts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's a plus), strong MS Office skills, solid sales basics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Travel willingness: 10-30%.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and Responsibilities

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions

• Assist Account Executive with account management

• Contacts customers directly when necessary
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
