Job summary

Teton Petroleum Transport seeks an Associate Dispatcher to coordinate fuel loads and driver schedules from its North Las Vegas operation. You will dispatch CDL-A drivers across multiple markets, ensure safe and compliant routing, and optimize daily load opportunities to maximize revenue.

Ideal candidates will have dispatcher experience in a commercial fleet, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency to learn our systems and DOT/FMCSA rules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience dispatching in a commercial fleet operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and able to learn company systems.
• Sound understanding of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Able to multitask with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch fuel loads to multiple drivers in multiple markets.
• Schedule and organize CDL-A drivers in multiple markets.
• Route drivers efficiently considering road conditions and delivery times.
• Generate additional load opportunities to maximize daily load count.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate concerns to Terminal Manager.
