Job summary

Teton Petroleum Transport (TPT) is seeking an Associate Dispatcher in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area. This full-time role dispatches fuel loads to multiple drivers across markets, ensuring safety, legality, and efficiency.

You will organize schedules for CDL-A drivers, maintain productivity, and optimize routes to maximize daily load counts. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential in this position.

• Route drivers efficiently and minimize lost revenue opportunities.
• Generate load opportunities to maximize daily load count.
• Ensure dispatching system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate with the Terminal Manager.
