Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Associate Dispatcher I to support daily field operations by routing and dispatching work orders to service technicians in Evansville, IN. This onsite role ensures efficient scheduling, workload balancing, and timely response to routine and emergency situations with a strong customer service focus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting gas distribution operations OR equivalent dispatching experience.
• Preferred Utility industry experience.
• Experience coordinating field service personnel.
• Exposure to emergency operations environments.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience working in shift-based operations.

The Associate Dispatcher I supports daily field operations by monitoring, routing, and dispatching work orders to service technicians. This role serves as a critical communication link between customers, customer service representatives, field operations personnel, and leadership teams. The Dispatcher ensures efficient scheduling, workload balancing, and timely response to routine and emergency situations while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
